Dr Hussein, 'when' I can get an appointment to see her is amazing. The appointment system is a total nightmare. I work and my job entails daily travel around the South East of England so I cannot call on the day for an appointment as I have to be in a hospital for the start of an operating list at 0830. I cannot sit on the phone, on the rare chance I may get through, to then be told you cannot pre book, call back after lunch or again tomorrow, I cant, I work.....get the pattern!!!!!!!! The online system never has enough available appointments.

Dr De Silva is very person centered with our service user who has Learning Disabilities and he does regular Health Checks and Medication Reviews and works well with Care Home Team. Completed by Care Home Manager as patient is sensory impaired.

The medical care is superb, but the booking of appointments still needs working on. It is still quicker to walk around the surgery than play telephone lottery in the mornings to get an appointment that day. The online system never seems to have enough appointments available within a week of looking. The online blood test booking seems to have disappeared. That was useful and now isn't!
